Role	Responsibilities
President	Oversees board functions Ensures that all board members are clear on their responsibilities Runs meetings  Liaison between booster club, coaches & athletic director Facilitates administrative function of tryouts  Facilitates submission of PTSA and ASB grants Work with the treasurer and executive team to budget fundraising efforts
Vice President (Spirit Wear & Uniforms)	Supports president  Equipment: Maintains inventory listing and provide replenishment needs Uniforms: maintain current inventory, submit list of replacement/new items to board Obtain quotes from vendors Identify and procure spirit wear, practice jerseys Work with president and varsity head coach to purchase new jerseys
Secretary / Communications	Take notes during board meetings and prepare board minutes for approval Program wide communications Manage the contact database Point person for team managers along with president (with respect to communication to players across all 3 teams)
Volunteer Coordinator	Volunteer Coordinator maintains a detailed spreadsheet of all events and volunteer positions to ensure that they are fully staffed Works closely with other board members (especially director of social media/event promoter) to fill roles prior to start of season Point person for the leads on each event
Treasurer	Maintain financial records including preparation of budget (vs. actuals), reconciling all proceeds (membership dues, fundraising efforts) and paying bills Ensure all tax and corporate documents are filed Send donor letters to parent donors and sponsors Works closely with president
Fundraising	Work with board members on a fundraising plan Head up the effort to obtain sponsors for the upcoming season Board members help oversee and deploy/lead the fundraiser events
Creative Director	Design and production of creative / media as necessary, including below:  Game day program: coordinates timing, layout, photos Banners: Sponsor / Seniors Senior night flyer / program End of season banquet flyer / program  Coordinate with game day and pre-season photographers Manage SmugMug / website updates
Albion SC Liaison	Ensure that Albion SC is notified of BHS events (clinic, fan appreciation night, senior night) and distributes information to appropriate age groups Point of contact for BHS girls soccer to foster pathway for junior high players to transition into high school (how do we keep players in Rec/Select level engaged and committed to soccer via good coaching, interaction with BHS girls soccer players (mentor program, current players attend BUFC training, invite girls to our games)
